Well, here are some pictures from the summer...sorry it's taken me so long to get them on the blog. Mostly I have to remember how to do it! But these are some fun pictures with the kids, wrestling with Uncle Daniel and bowling. Yeah, the kids really aren't into bowling yet but the shoes looked great! Then theres some pictures of my porch appeal...it looks really nice. Just a few changes. How do you like the "Z"? I think it looks really cool and after all these years we finally have house numbers up. Thanks Jody for helping me get those on! And yes, that's your dad on the horse. Someone from the Central Point Stake brought his horses up to the camp meeting and took dad and Brother Robinson for a ride. I guess dads horse wasn't really happy to see him as dad tried to get on the horse tried to push him into the tree. He's got a nice scraped up leg...he failed to show me that until the next day. He really had a good time though. So, that's my update for awhile...not much going on around here right now. Love you all!

Okay, I've realized that my blog is not going to be as exciting as all of your blogs...but I decided I needed to give you all a taste of summer home life that I know you are all missing. I know you are all wishing you were home to hang out in the backyard so I thought I would bring the backyard to you. I'll try to explain what some of these pictures are. At the top we cut out a border along the back fence this year. It's a work in progress...but it's coming along. We planted a few flowers, some garden stuff. I like the change and it makes it a whole lot easier to mow. Just a pic to let you know how my flowers are doing. Ila is anxious to come and help me water. I just need to find her watering can! Check out dads mower, we go him the bag attachment this year. Wow, that makes it so nice. Even I can do it. Not that he lets me to much, I think he enjoys mowing the lawn now. Dads garden is doing pretty good. Nice tomato plants, huh? And look at my sunflowers. I planted some seeds over by the pool but they didn't come up. However there were some volunteers from last year, this time I have 8 growing. I love it! And theres a picture of our new patio cover. That was a big project but we are very happy with it. I think it looks great! So, that's kind of what we have been up to. I hope you enjoy having a slice of summer from us. We miss you all and wish you were all here splashing and having a great time. Life is good to us and we are so blessed! We love you all!

Hey, I just wanted to share a few pics from our Chicago trip. I'm still in Chicago hanging out with the kids so I thought I would try to do a little blogging. I'm starting a new blog site so you'll have to be patient with me. These are some pictures we took while visiting Nauvoo. It's an amazing place. I have a greater appreciation for the early members of the church and the hard work they went through to help and support the church. Wow, we are so blessed. We stayed in a little cottage, the little yellow house you see me standing in front of. We were a block away from the temple. It was such a treat to get up and walk a block away and enter the temple. We had just had a wonderful time.
