Summer at Nana and Poopa's

We had a lot of fun this summer...Ila, Isaac and Aiden came and spent a week with Nana and Poopa. We just played and played...the theme was outdoors, water, water and more water. Oh yeah, a little gardening... and we did manage to get a quick camping trip up at Union Creek. It was beautiful up there!

Daniel was helping out in the kitchen...well, he was installing some new lights for me. It's nice to have a young electrician in the family. Joe really appreciates him crawling around in the attic so he doesn't have to. He did a great job. Thanks Daniel!

This was our last home improvement project...new sliding glass doors. Wow, what a lot of work.
Thank goodness Daniel was home...I am not very good at lifting heavy things. But I can help...just not as much as Daniel did. Thanks again Daniel for all your help. We have been wanting to replace that sliding glass door forever. Thanks to Joe, it looks beautiful now.

Just a couple of picsfrom my trip to Chicago to see Jeff, Aimie and Jaxon. Jaxon loves animals...all kinds of them. Check out the fish in that picture! Wow, it was as big as he is.
This is Mr. Hollywood...he liked my sunglasses. Well, for awhile anyway. Cute, huh?

This is an adorable video of Jaxon and Aimie.

Hope you enjoyed my little blog update. We are heading off to Rexburg this coming weekend to pick up the other grandkids and bring them home to hang out with Nana and Poopa. Should be an interesting ride home...I'm really excited to have them come and play with us.

I forgot to add this picture of my new water feature!!! I think it's really cool, and dad loves it too!

Okay, here's what's happening in the Zimmer Backyard. We are just gearing up for summer fun! Dad got me this beautiful table and chairs for mothers day! I love it!
Check out that cute little pot on the table...a giant teacup. Very cool! And then here's a couple other pics. And look how many sunflowers I'm going to have this year...lots of them. Those are leftovers from last years sunflowers! I have to keep reminding dad they aren't weeds! Well, I haven't done this in so long I hope it works. I'm going to have to let someone else get into my blog and fix it for me. Love you all!
